Hi Contour formulates a wide range of products that give you easy access to natural and bioactive solutions for your diverse skin care needs. Our products are designed for aromatic and cosmetic purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have any medical condition, seek professional advice. All our products are for external use only. A lot of our ingredients are sourced from Mother Nature. These ingredients comprise of plant extracts, essential oils, fragrances, minerals and natural or synthetic waxes, and berries and fruit extracts & cosmetic grade coated pigments. Some of our products contain 24 K Gold. Hi Contour Turmeric Eucalyptus Massage Oil has yellow turmeric pigment, which may stain bed sheets or clothes. Plant-based products contain bioactive ingredients, which may cause an allergic reaction on sensitive skin. Some of our products also contain synthetic, high quality cosmetic grade ingredients, which despite being formulated to be gentle on skin can react to certain types of skin.

Our products are for topical use. Do not take orally. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with clean water.

Hi Contour products are designed with high quality, concentrated ingredients. We recommend trying one product at a time or mixing them with distilled water to weaken the concentration. Use all of our products according to the directions. Carefully read the ingredients list for any item you may be allergic to prior to applying our products.

We highly recommend performing a patch test with all of our natural and bioactive products. If any adverse reaction occurs, seek immediate medical attention.

How to Perform a Patch Test

  • Choose a small patch of skin, for example, behind the ear or the arm.
  • Mark the patch test area.
  • Apply a small amount of the product according to product directions.
  • Rub product on the patch test area in a circular motion until completely absorbed.
  • Leave product on patch test area until product is dry.
  • Do not rinse the patch test are for at least 24 hours.
  • Watch for signs of a reaction such as abnormal redness and irritation.
  • If an adverse reaction occurs, rinse patch test area with cold water 3-4 times or until product is completely removed, and discontinue use.

Note: Adverse reactions are the exception and not very common.

Payment and Orders

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks and money orders. We also do not accept credit cards from international locations. We apologize for this inconvenience.

ORDERS

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. We cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered in approximately 5-10 business days, unless an expedited method of shipping was requested.

Shipping

Shipping Methods & Rates

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 7-10 business days for standard shipping once processed. Please be aware that shipping estimates given at checkout do not account for order processing time.

Terms of Shipping + Delivery

Any lost package is the responsibility of UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to UPS. Hi Contour is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as “Delivered”, but you do not receive your product you must contact UPS and file a claim with them.

We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

Report Other Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Returns

Return Policy

For your confidence in our products, we made our return policy simple. If you don’t absolutely love our products for any reason you may return them for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a label. Please note, Hi Contour does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. We will generate a prepaid label for an $8 fee, which will be deducted from your return total.

If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new or gently used condition.
